What to look for on your chimney:
- Missing or crack mortar joints
- Cracked or broken flue tiles
- Cracked or broken bricks / stucco
- Cracked or broken crown / cap (concrete section across the top of the bricks)
- No crown
- Deteriorated metal flashing
